Recipe Ingredients

Pillsbury™ Egg-free Spice Cake Mix 1000g
Water 300g
Oil 250g
Chopped apples 200g

Preparation

  1. Add Egg free spice cake mix, water and oil and mix at slow speed (Speed – 1) for one minutes with paddle attachment
  2. Scrape the side to facilitate even mixing Mix at Medium speed (Speed – 2) for 2 minutes
  3. Separately dry chopped apples in the oven at 180°C for 10 – 12 mins. Cool the apples and keep it aside
  4. Add cooked apples to the batter and mix it well Bake at 170°C – 180°C for 23 – 28 minutes
