Preparation

Baking Temperature: 170oC – 180oC

Baking Time: 35 – 40 minutes

  1. Add Water, eggs and cake gel in a mixer and mix for 1-2 minute on medium speed using whisk blade until it foams.
  2.  

  3. Add Pillsbury™ Super Moist Vanilla Sponge Mix to the liquid part and mix for 1 minute on slow speed.
  4.  

  5. Scarpe from center and all sides, mix further at fast speed for 5 minutes.
  6.  

  7. Add Oil and mix for 1-2 minute on slow speed. Grease the trays and pour batter.Bake as specified.
