Centre filled blueberry muffins
There is muffin you cannot like about blueberries! Here is a 4 ingredient recipe for your menu!
|Pillsbury™ Egg free Tea Time Vanilla Mix||1000 g|
|Blueberry Filling||200 g|
- Add the premix, water and oil in a mixing bowl and mix at Speed 1 or a minute with paddle attachment.
- Scrape the sides of the bowl to facilitate even mixing.
- Mix at Speed 2 for another 4 minutes.
- Make 60 to 80 g muffins.
- Then pipe blueberry filling in the centre and bake immediately.
- Bake at 170°C – 180°C.
- Bake for 23 – 28 mins.
