Carrot Walnut Cake

Recipe Ingredients

Pillsbury™ Egg free Spice Cake Mix 1000g
Water 300g
Oil 250g
Finely Grated Carrots 500g
Walnuts 100g


  1. Add Egg free spice cake mix, water and oil and mix at slow speed
  2. (Speed – 1) for one minutes with paddle attachment
  3. Scrape the side to facilitate even mixing
  4. Mix at Medium speed
  5. (Speed – 2) for 2 minutes
  6. Add grated carrots and finely chopped walnuts to the batter
  7. Bake at 170°C – 180°C for 23 – 28 minutes
