Baking Temperature: 160oC – 170oC

Baking Time: 35 – 40 minutes

    1. Weigh water and oil in a bowl and add Egg free Tea time Vanilla cake mix on top.


    1. Mix at low speed (speed 1) for 1 to 2minutes using flat blade. Scrape the sides and centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing.


    1. Mix at medium speed (Speed 2) for 5 minutes.


  1. Pour batter into the greased vessel. Bake as specified.
