Almond Beetroot & Chocolate Cake

You must try our ABC (Almond Beetroot & Chocolate) cake this weekend to make a deliciously moist and rich dessert. Trust us! something with beetroot has never tasted this good.

Recipe Ingredients

Ingredient Weight
Pillsbury™ Egg free Chocolate Cake mix 1kg
Water 450g
Oil 200g
Beetroot(Grated 8 water squeezed) 300g
Chocolate chips(option) 50g
Almond chopped 50g
Almond flakes Garnish

Preparation

  1. Add Premix, water and oil and mix on slow speed (speed1) for 1 min with paddle attachment.
  2. Scrape the sides to facilitate even mixing.
  3. Mix at medium speed (speed 2) for 4 min.
  4. Add grated beetroot, almond powder and chocolate chips and mix well.
  5. Garnish the cake/muffin with Almond flakes.
  6. Bake at 170*c for 25-30 minutes.
