Orange Cranberry Cake

|Pillsbury™ Egg free Tea Time Vanilla||1 kg|
|Refined Oil||150 g|
|Orange zest||10 g|
|Orange essence||5 g|
|Chopped Dry Cranberry||100 g|
|Chopped Pistachio||50 g|
|Icing sugar||100 g|
- Mix the premix, water, oil and other ingredients (except the Pistachio) together for a minute at Speed 1.
- Scrape the sides to facilitate ‘even’ mixing.
- Mix for another 4 minutes at speed 2.
- Pour the batter into the desired mould, top it with pistachios.
- Bake at: 170°C.
- Bake for: 25-30 mins.
- Once it cools down, dust the icing sugar over the cake!
