Doda Barfi Muffins

A barfi that takes every Delhiite back to their home! Now, in a muffin!

Recipe Ingredients

Ingredient Weight
Pillsbury™ Egg Free Tea Time Vanilla 1 kg
Water 450 g
Refined Oil 150 g
Doda Barfi 200 g
Milk 50 g
Roasted Almond 100 g


  1. Add Doda barfi to milk and make a puree. Set this aside for later.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the premix, water and oil.
  3. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute. 
  4. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl.
  5. Then, mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the Doda Barfi puree and mix again for 1 minute on medium speed.
  7. Pour the batter in desired moulds.
  8. Garnish it with roasted almonds.
  9. Bake at: 170° C.
  10. Bake for: 25-30 minutes.


  1. Make sure you crumble the barfi before mixing to avoid stickiness.
  2. You could also add cocoa powder for colour which will make it stand out amongst the cream coloured sweets.
