Mango Cold Cheese Cake

Pillsbury™ Classic Egg Free Vanilla Sponge 100 g
Biscuit 100 g
Butter 250 g
Cream Cheese 200 g
Chopped Fresh Mango 100 g
Mango Pulp 150 g


  1. Crush the biscuits till they reach a crumb like texture.
  2. To this, add melted butter and mix well.
  3. Line the mould with the biscuit crumbs mixture and refrigerate.
  4. Now, mix the cream cheese and mango pulp.
  5. Add the whipped cream.
  6. Take out the lined mould from the fridge and pipe cheesecake mixture on top while spreading evenly.
  7. Scatter the chopped mangoes randomly or in a desired shape.
  8. Take the vanilla sponge and soak it in the mango juice.
  9. Pipe the cheesecake mixture.
  10. Continue till the layers on top and refrigerate.
  11. Finish with powder dust & neutral glaze and decorate with fresh fruits.
