Baking Temperature: For Sponges 165oC – 170oC

Baking Time: 35 – 40 minutes

    1. Add water and Pillsbury&trade Bakers Delight cake mix to a bowl and mix at slow speed 1 (Low speed) in a Hobart using a WHISK blade for 1 minute


    1. Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing


    1. Mix further at speed 3(Fast speed) for 5 minutes


    1. Add oil and mix at speed 1 (Low speed)for 1 minute


  1. Bake at 165oC -170oC for 35 to 40 minutes
