Death By Chocolate Brownie Bar 1 Kg
Water 300 gm
Unsalted butter 150 gm
Pillsbury™ Ivory Cream (Whipped) 300 gm
Chocolate Ganache 300 gm


  1. Pillsbury™ Mix Egg Free Brownie premix, water and oil together at slow speed (Speed 1) for 1 minute.
  2. Scrape the side and bottom of the mixing bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  3. Mix again at medium speed (Speed 2) for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture in a rectangular baking tray.
  5. Bake at 170 °C for 28-30 minutes. Let it cool down.
  6. Mix Chocolate ganache and 100 gm of cream together.
  7. Garnish the brownie with the Pillsbury™ Ivory Cream mix.
  8. Top it with remaining ganache. Cool it for 1 hour.
  9. Cut into bar sizes and serve.
