Chocolate Coffee Cake

Recipe Ingredients

Ingredient Weight
Pillsbury™ Egg Free Tea Time Chocolate Mix 1000 g
Water 430 g
Oil 225 g
Coffee Powder 30 g
For the Garnish:
Hazelnut 100-150 g


  1. In a mixing bowl add the premix, water, coffee powder and oil.
  2. Mix at slow Speed 1 for a minute with paddle attachment.
  3. Scrape the sides of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  4. Mix at Speed 2 for another 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the batter in a desired mould and garnish it with hazelnuts.
  6. Bake at 170°C - 180°C.
  7. Bake for 28 - 30 mins.
