Chocolate Coffee Cake

The 3 Cs that make us see the world differently. Chocolate, Coffee and Cake.
|Pillsbury™ Egg Free Tea Time Chocolate Mix||1000 g|
|Coffee Powder||30 g|
For the Garnish:
- In a mixing bowl add the premix, water, coffee powder and oil.
- Mix at slow Speed 1 for a minute with paddle attachment.
- Scrape the sides of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
- Mix at Speed 2 for another 3 minutes.
- Pour the batter in a desired mould and garnish it with hazelnuts.
- Bake at 170°C - 180°C.
- Bake for 28 - 30 mins.
