Recipe Ingredients

Ingredient Weight
Pillsbury™ Donut Mix 1 kg
Water 300-350 g
Fresh Yeast 50 g / Dry yeast 16 g / Compressed Yeast 28 g
Refined oil/butter 100 g
Oil for frying 300 g
Milk 175-200 g

Preparation

  1. Add the Pillsbury™ Donut Mix, yeast, milk, oil and water to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix for 3 minutes at Speed 1
  3. Now, mix at Speed 2 for 6 minutes.
  4. Roll out the donut dough to a 5” thickness.
  5. Now, cut with the donut cutter.
  6. Now, cut with the donut cutter.
  7. Set oil temperature at 180°C and fry each side for 20 seconds
  8. Cool completely
  9. Center fill, garnish with chocolate, chocolate truffle and sprinkles
