Fruit and Nuts Cake

Here’s the perfect summer cake to help cool your customers the healthy way!

Recipe Ingredients

Pillsbury™ Tea time vanilla mix 1 kg
Eggs 8 nos
Water 400 g
Oil 200 g
Chopped almond 100 g
Chopped Cashew 100 g
Raisins 100 g
Red cherries 100 g
Dry Mango, dry Kiwi, dry Pineapple 200 g

Preparation

  1. Add the cake mix, eggs, water and oil in a bowl and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
  2. Change to Speed 2 and mix for a further 3 minutes.
  3. Add in all the fruits and nuts, then change to Speed 1 and mix for another 1 minute.
  4. Bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 mins.
