Fruit and Nuts Cake
Here’s the perfect summer cake to help cool your customers the healthy way!
|Pillsbury™ Tea time vanilla mix||1 kg|
|Chopped almond||100 g|
|Chopped Cashew||100 g|
|Red cherries||100 g|
|Dry Mango, dry Kiwi, dry Pineapple||200 g|
- Add the cake mix, eggs, water and oil in a bowl and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
- Change to Speed 2 and mix for a further 3 minutes.
- Add in all the fruits and nuts, then change to Speed 1 and mix for another 1 minute.
- Bake at 180°C for 25 to 30 mins.
