Red Velvet and Vanilla Marble Cake

For the vanilla part of the cake:
Pillsbury™ Tea time vanilla mix 1 kg
Eggs 400 g
Water 450 g
Oil 120 g
For the red velvet part of the cake:
Red velvet mix 1 kg
Water 200 g
Milk 200 g
Oil 200 g
Eggs 400 g

Preparation

  1. Take out both premixes in two separate bowls.
  2. For both mixes add water, oil, eggs and mix at slow speed for 1 minute.
  3. Scrape the sides and change the speed to 2 to mix again for another 3 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixes into a tray and design as you like.
  5. Bake at 170° - 180° C for 25 to 30 minutes.
