What are we going nuts over? These special Valentine’s Donuts!

Recipe Ingredients

Ingredient Weight
Pillsbury™Donut Mix 1 kg
Water 350 g
Milk 120 g
Yeast 35 g
Oil 100 g


  1. Add Pillsbury™ Donut Mix, water, yeast, oil to a spiral mixer and make a dough.
  2. Roll the donut dough till 3 mm and use a heart shaped cookie cutter for the perfect heart shape.
  3. Place the dough on a tray and allow it ferment till it has achieved the correct consistency.
  4. Now, fry evenly on both sides at 180°C.
  5. Finally glaze it with red and white ganache and sprinkle with white chocolate hearts.
