Recipe Ingredients

Pillsbury™ Egg Free Tea Time Vanilla Mix 1kg
Water 430g
Oil/Unsalted butter 225g
Coconut Powder (keep some for garnish) 250g
Nutella 100g
Crushed Walnuts 200g


  1. Mix all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix for a minute on Speed 2 using paddle attachment.
  2. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl for even consistency.
  3. Mix for another 3 to 4 minutes at Speed 2.
  4. Transfer to the desired mould (greased and lined).
  5. Garnish it with crushed walnuts flakes.
  6. Bake at: 160-170*C.
  7. Bake for: 35-40 minutes.
  8. Garnish it with chocolate ganache mixed with Nutella.
