Orange Upside Down Cake

																	| Pillsbury™ Egg Free Tea Time Vanilla Premix | 1000 gm | 
| Orange zest of | Half orange | 
| Orange essence | 1 - 2 drops | 
| Water | 450 g | 
| Refined oil | 120 gm | 
For Upside down
								
																	| Sugar | 250 gm | 
| Oranges | 2 | 
Preparation
- Slice the orange into thin slices.
 - Caramelise the sugar and butter. Pour immediately into the mould.
 - Place orange slices over it. Keep aside.
 
Orange Cake Method:
									
																			- 1st gear using paddle attachment.
 - Mix premix, orange zest, water and oil together
 - Scrape the side and bottom of the bowl.
 - Mix again for 3 minutes in 2nd gear.
 - Pour the batter in the mould till half of the mould. 7. Bake at 170 C for 30-35 minutes.
 - Rest the cake for 2-3 minutes after baking.
 - Ready to server once it’s cool down.
