Preparation

Baking Temperature: For sponges 165°C- 170°C for 35 to 40 minutes

  1. Add water and Pillsbury Bakers Plus Egg free Vanilla cake mix to a bowl and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) in a mixer using WHISK blade for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Scrape the sides and centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  3. Mix further at High Speed (Speed-3) for 5 minutes.
  4. Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute.
  5. Pour batter into the greased vessel. Bake as specified
