Preparation
BAKING TEMPERATURE: 160°C-170°C
BAKING TIME: 35-40 minutes.
- Add water and Pillsbury Classic Egg Free Vanilla Cake Mix to a bowl and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) in a mixer using whisk blade for 1 minute.
- Scrape the sides and centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
- Mix further at fast speed (Speed-3) for 5 minutes.
- Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute.
- Pour the batter into the greased vessel. Bake as specified.
