Preparation

Baking Temperature: 170°C – 175°C.
Baking Time: 35 to 40 minutes.

  1. Add water, glycerol (optional) and sugar in a mixing bowl and mix at slow speed (speed -1 ) using flat blade for 1-2 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add the concentrate and flour. Mix at slow speed (speed -1 ) for 1 minute.
  3. Scrape the sides and centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  4. Mix at medium speed (speed -2) for 2 minutes.
  5. Add oil and mix at slow speed (speed 1) for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Pour batter into the greased vessel. Bake as specified.
