Preparation

Baking Temperature: 160°C- 170°C
Baking Time: 35- 40 minutes

  1. Add water and Pillsbury Simply Mix Egg Free Vanilla flavoured Cake mix to a bowl and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) in a mixer using whisk blade for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Scrape the sides and centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  3. Mix further at High Speed (Speed-3) for 3 minutes.
  4. Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute.
  5. Pour batter into the greased vessel. Bake as specified.

*Note: For cake gel recipe, add water and cake gel in to a bowl, mix at medium speed (Speed-2) for 2 minutes using whisk blade. Follow rest of the process as standard.
