  1. Thaw Pillsbury Iris in chiller/ refrigerator at 2-7°C for 12-24 hours before use, until the frozen content (ice) is 5-10%.
  2. Shake well before opening & pour into a cool bowl up to 20% the bowl’s capacity.
  3. Whip it at 2-4°C until soft peaks form.
  4. Use whipped topping for the icing & decoration of cakes & pastries or any other intended use.
  5. Unused whipped cream must be refrigerated and can be used in next 24 hours.
