Baking Temperature: 160oC – 165oC
Baking Time: 35 – 40 minutes
- Add weighed water and cake mix in a bowl.
- Mix slowly for 1 minute using flat blade.
- Scrape the sides and center of the bowl to facilitate even mixing.
- Mix moderately for 3 minutes.
- Add oil and mix slowly for 1 minute.
- Pour the batter in greased vessel.
- Bake at 160-165°C for 35-40 minutes.
NOTE: Results may vary based on mixing method.
