Preparation

Baking Temperature: 160°C – 165°C.
Baking Time: 35 to 40 minutes.

  1. Add Cake mix and water to a bowl and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) in a Hobart mixer using whisk blade for 2 minutes.
  2. Scrape the sides and centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  3. Mix further at high Speed (Speed-3) for 5 minutes.
  4. Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute.
  5. Grease/line with unglazed paper the bottom and sides of a 13”*9” rectangular pan.
  6. Pour batter into the greased round pan or vessel.
