Preparation
Baking Temperature: 170°C to 180 °C.
Baking Time: 40-45 minutes.
- Add water, eggs and gel in a bowl and mix at medium speed (speed 2) for 2 minute using Whisk blade.
- Add Pillsbury Classic Chocolate Flavoured cake mix and mix at slow speed (speed 1) for 1 minute.
- Scrape from the centre and all sides, mix at high speed (speed 3) for 5 minutes.
- Add oil and mix for 1-2 min at slow speed (speed 1).
- Grease the trays and pour batter. Bake as specified.
