Preparation

BAKING TEMPERATURE: 165°C-175°C
BAKING TIME: 35 – 40 minutes

  1. Add water, eggs, and Pillsbury Bakers Plus Chocolate cake mix in a bowl and mix at a slow speed (Speed-1) for 1-2 minutes using flat blade.
  2. Scrape the sides and centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  3. Mix further at medium speed (Speed-2) for 5 minutes.
  4. Add oil and mix for 1-2 minutes at slow speed (Speed-1).
  5. Pour batter into the greased vessel. Bake as specified.

* Note- For cake gel recipe, add water, eggs, and cake gel in a bowl and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1-2 minutes using WHISK attachment. Follow remaining steps same as standard.
