Preparation

Baking Temperature: 165°C – 170°C.
Baking Time: 35 to 40 minutes.

  1. Add Oil/Butter, Milk, Water, Pillsbury Egg Free Mawa Cake Mix, in a mixing bowl & mix at slow speed (Speed -1) using flat blade for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  3. Mix further at medium speed (Speed -2) for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the batter in a greased/lined pan.
  5. Bake as specified.
