Preparation

Baking Temperature: 160oC – 170oC

Baking Time: 35 – 40 minutes

  1. Add water and Cake mix to a bowl and mix at slow peed (Speed 1) in a mixer using Flat Blade attachment for 1 minute
  2.  

  3. Scrape the sides to facilitate even mixing and mix at Medium speed (Speed 2) for 3 minutes.
  4.  

  5. Add Oil and mix at slow speed (speed 1) for 1-2 minutes
  6.  

  7. Pour the batter in a greased lined tray and bake as specified.
