| Pillsbury™ Super Moist Vanilla premix | 1 kg |
| Egg | 18 |
| Oil | 50 g |
| Water | 100 g |
| Vanilla essence | 10 ml |
| Cake gel | 20 g |
Strawberry cake (600g)
| Pillsbury™ Super Moist Vanilla sponge | 200 gm |
| Sugar | 60 ml |
| Syrup | 200 gm |
| Pillsbury™ Ivory Cream | 50 gm |
| Fresh Strawberry filling | 80 gm |
Preparation
Method:
- Cut vanilla sponge in layers & soak each layer with sugar syrup
- Whip Pillsbury Ivory Cream & apply between sponge layers
- Sprinkle chopped strawberry filling between layers
- Finish entire cake with remaining Pillsbury Ivory cream
- Wash & rinse fresh strawberries & dip in nugel
- Decorate cake with ivory cream topping & whole strawberries
- Refrigerate for 2 hrs and serve cold
