Khatta Meetha Orange Cake

This cake is sure to add some ‘tadka’ to your food menu!
|Pillsbury™ Egg free Spice Cake Mix||1000 g|
|Candid orange peel||200 g|
- Mix water, oil and premix at Speed 1 for one minute using paddle attachment.
- Scrape the sides of the bowl to facilitate even mixing.
- Mix at Speed 2 for another 2 minutes.
- Add finely chopped candid orange peel to the batter and mix it for 1 minute at Speed 2.
- Pour into the desired mould.
- Bake at: 170*C - 180*C
- Bake for: 23 - 28 mins
- Garnish the cakes/ muffins with nuts as per requirement of your customers.
