Black Forest Brownie

Recipe Ingredients

Ingredient Weight
For the Base:
Pillsbury™ Egg free brownie Mix 1000gm
Water 300g
Oil 150gm
For the Garnish:
Pillsbury™ Ivory Whipped cream 500gm
Whole Cherry 100-150gm


  1. In a mixing bowl add the premix, water and oil.
  2. Mix with paddle attachment at Speed 1 for a minute.
  3. Scrape the sides of the bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  4. Mix at Speed 2 for another 2 minutes.
  5. Pour the batter in the desired mould.
  6. Bake at: 170°C - 180°C.
  7. Bake for: 28 - 30 minutes.
  8. Let the brownie cool down.
  9. Cut into 60 g portions.
  10. Whip the Pillsbury™ Ivory cream.
  11. Now, frost the brownie.
  12. Garnish it with cherry.
