Plum Cake (Egg free)

An eggless Plum Cake recipe for your customers. A must have for your Christmas menu.

Recipe Ingredients

Ingredient Weight
Pillsbury™ Egg free Spice Cake Mix 1000gm
Water 400gm
Oil 300gm
Cocoa powder 25gm
Black Jack (Caramel) 25gm
Mixed fruits 400gm

Preparation

  1. Add the premix, cocoa powder, black jack (caramel), water and oil to a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix with paddle attachment at Speed 1 for a minute.
  3. Scrape the sides of the bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  4. Mix at Speed 2 for another 4 minutes.
  5. Add mixed fruits.
  6. Mix once more for 2 minutes at Speed 2.
  7. Pour the batter in the desired mould.
  8. Garnish it with dry fruits if needed.
  9. Bake at: 170°C - 180°C.
  10. Bake for: 30 - 35 minutes.
