| Water | 520 g |
| Oil | 50 g |
Preparation
Baking Temperature: For Sponges 165°C – 170°C.
Baking Time: 35 to 40 minutes.
- Add Water and Pillsbury™ Bakers Choice Egg Free Choco cake mix to a bowl and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) in a mixer using WHISK blade for 1-2 minutes.
- Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
- Mix further at High speed (Speed-3) for 3 minutes.
- Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute.
- Pour batter into greased vessel. Bake as specified.
