Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Sugar, Milk Solids, Baking Powder [Raising Agent INS500(ii), Acidity Regulator INS541(i)], Starch, Emulsifier & Stabilizer (INS475, INS471, INS415), Dextrose, Iodized Salt, Wheat Protein, Artificial Flavouring Substances – Vanilla.

Pillsbury™ Easy Bake^ Egg Free Vanilla Flavoured Cake Mix 1000 g
Water 520 g
Oil 50 g

Preparation

Baking Temperature: For Sponges 165°C – 170°C.
Baking Time: 35 to 40 minutes.

  1. Add Water and Pillsbury™ Bakers Choice Egg Free Choco cake mix to a bowl and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) in a mixer using WHISK blade for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  3. Mix further at High speed (Speed-3) for 3 minutes.
  4. Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute.
  5. Pour batter into greased vessel. Bake as specified.
