Alphonso Mango Pulp 100 g
Pillsbury™ Whipped Cream 100 g
For layers
Mango Pulp 50 g
Vanilla sponge crumbs made from Pillsbury™ Standard
Pillsbury™ Egg free premix 150 g

Preparation

  1. Layer vanilla sponge crumbs
  2. Now, layer mango pulp with the help of piping bag so that the layers are perfect
  3. Layer Pillsbury™ Whipped Cream
  4. Garnish with mango-bite, chocolate and mint leaves
