What you need:
Pillsbury™ Egg Free Chocolate 1 kg
Butter 375 g
Icing Sugar 175 g
Dark Chocolate (Roughly chopped) 50 g
White Chocolate (roughly chopped) 50 g


  1. Cream the butter and icing sugar at Speed 1 for 2 minutes using a flat blade.
  2. Scrape off the sides of the mixing bowl for even consistency.
  3. Now, mix at Speed 2 for 5-6 minutes until the mixture gets creamy.
  4. To this, add chopped dark, white chocolate, premix and mix at Speed 2 for 2 minutes.
  5. Divide the mixture into 25 to 30 g bolls and bake it as specified.
  6. Bake at: 160oC – 165oC
  7. Bake for: 12 – 15 minutes
