Cherry Muffins

Recipe Ingredients

Ingredient Weight
Pillsbury™ Egg Free Tea Time Vanilla Mix 1kg
Water 450g
Refined Oil 150g
Fresh Cherry 300g
Cherry filling 300g


  1. Add premix, water and oil to a mixing bowl and mix at Speed 1 for a minute.
  2. Scrape the sides and bottom of the mixing bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  3. Continue mixing but at Speed 2.
  4. Pour the mix into desired muffin cups.
  5. Swirl the cherry filling into the moulds equally.
  6. Place a fresh cherry on top of every muffin (obviously).
  7. Bake at: 170°C
  8. Bake for: 15-18 minutes


  1. Drizzle white chocolate ganache on top for extra panache!
