What you need:
Pillsbury™ Tea Time Vanilla Mix 1 kg
Egg 8 no
Water 300 g
Ghee 100 g
Milk Essence 10 ml
Cardamom Powder 5 g
Yellow Color Few drops


  1. Take the whisk blade
  2. Beat egg, water and mix for a minute at Speed 1
  3. Add mixture and cardamom powder to the bowl and mix at Speed 2 for 5 minutes
  4. Last add oil, ghee and milk essence
  5. Bake at: 180 °C
  6. Bake for: 30-35 mins
  7. After baking, keep it on a cooling rack
  8. Next day, slice it and then toast
