Preparation

Baking Temperature: 170°C – 180°C.
Baking Time: 35 to 40 minutes.

  1. Add Pillsbury™ Hi Life Egg free Chocolate Flavoured Cake mix and water to a bowl and mix using a Paddle blade on Hobart mixer at slow Speed (Speed 1) for 2 min.
  2. Scrape the sides and centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  3. Mix further at Fast Speed (Speed 3) for 7 min.
  4. Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed 1) for 2 min.
  5. Pour batter into the greased vessel. Bake as Specified.
