Ingredients

Sugar, Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Cocoa Solids (2.5%), Milk Solids, Edible Vegetable Oil (Palm), Colour (INS150c), Nature-Identical Flavouring Substances (Vanilla, Chocolate), Iodized Salt, Stabilizer (INS415).

Contains Wheat, Milk And Sulphite. May Contain Soy.

Recipe Ingredients

Pillsbury™ Bakers Plus^ Egg Free Lava Cake Mix 1000 g
Water 500 g
Oil 320 g

Preparation

Baking Temperature: Oven top-240°C – Oven bottom-210°C.
Baking Time: 6 to 7 minutes.

  1. Add Water and Pillsbury™ Bakers Plus Egg Free Lava Cake Mix in a bowl and mix at slow speed (Speed #1) for 1 minute.
  2. Scrape from center and all sides, mix further at slow speed (Speed # 1) for 1 minute.
  3. Add oil and mix at medium speed (Speed #2) for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour 50-55 grams of the batter in paper cup (muffin tray).Bake as specified.
  5. Serving suggestion- Preheat lava cake in microwave for 30 to 40 seconds, till lava is seen or bubbly appearance at center and serve.

*The time, temperature of baking and storage conditon will have an impact on lava content. It is recommended to follow the baking procedure and storage condition to get optimal lava content.
