Refined Wheat Flour (Maida), Sugar, Colours (INS 150c, INS150d, INS129, INS133, INS124), Milk Solids, Baking Powder [Raising Agent INS500(ii), Acidity Regulator INS541(i)], Emulsifier & Stabilizer (INS475, INS471, INS415, INS412), Cocoa Solids, Strach, Iodized Salt, Raising Agent [INS500(ii)], Wheat Protein, Flavouring Substances (Artificial Flavouring Substance – Vanilla, Nature Identical Flavouring Substance- Chocolate).

Recipe Ingredients

Pillsbury™ Prime Egg Free Chocolate Flavoured Cake Mix 1000 g
Water 520 g
Oil 50 g

Preparation

Baking Temperature: 165°C – 170°C.
Baking Time: 35 to 40 minutes.

  1. Add water and Pillsbury™ Prime Egg Free Chocolate Flavoured Cake Mix to a bowl and mix at slow speed (Speed -1) in a mixer using whisk blade for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  3. Mix further at high speed (Speed-3) for 3 minutes.
  4. Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute.
  5. Pour the batter in a greased / lined pan and bake as specified.
