Pistachio Rose Cake

For Flavoured Sponge Cake ( Make a sponge as per the standard method following by pista and rose water )
Pillsbury™ Lite Plus Cake Mix 500 g
Oil 35 g
Water 290 g
Pistachio (finely chopped) 50 g
Rose water 15 g
For Rose Cream
Pillsbury™ Ivory cream 200 g
Rose water 1 tbsp
Beet juice or 1 drop of pink food coloring 2-3 drops
For Garnish
Chopped Pistachios 50 g
Rose Petals 5-6


  1. Pour the heavy cream into a medium bowl and start beating until it reached medium peaks
  2. Now, add rose water & the food coloring
  3. Place 2-3 large tablespoons of the cream over the cake
  4. Do this for 3 layers and straighten cream with a flat spatula
  5. Sprinkle chopped pistachios and dried rose petals or regular rose petals.
