Preparation
Baking Temperature: 160°C-165°C.
Baking Time: 37 to 40 minutes.
- Add Water and Pillsbury PB Indulge^Rich Chocolate flavoured ake mix to a bowl and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) in a mixer using paddle for 1-2 minutes.
- Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
- Mix further at Medium speed (Speed-2) for 3 minutes.
- Add oil and mix at slow speed (Speed-1) for 1 minute.
- Pour batter into greased vessel. Bake as specified.
- Batter might have some lumps, which will be dissolved/melted during baking.
