Preparation

Baking Temperature: For Sponges: 160oC – 170oC

Baking Time: 35 – 40 mins

  1. Add water and Pillsbury™ Super Lite Sponge Mix to a bowl and mix at slow speed 1 (Low speed) in a mixer using whisk blade for 1 minute.
  2.  

  3. Scrape the sides and centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  4.  

  5. Mix further at speed 3 (Fast speed) for 5 minutes.
  6.  

  7. Add oil and mix at speed 1 (Low speed) for 1 minute.
  8.  

  9. Bake at 160oC-170oC for 35 to 40 mins.
