Preparation

Baking Temperature: 165oC – 170oC

Baking Time: 35 – 40 minutes
 

  1. Add weighed water and egg in a bowl with cake mix on top of it.
  2.  

  3. Mix slowly for 1 minute using a flat blade.
  4.  

  5. Scrape the sides and centre of the bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  6.  

  7. Mix moderately for 5 minutes.
  8.  

  9. Add oil and mix slowly for 1-2 minutes.
  10.  

  11. Pour the batter in greased vessel.
  12.  

  13. Bake at 165-170°C for 35-40 minutes.
