Preparation

Baking Temperature: 170oC – 180oC

Baking Time: 27 – 30 minutes
 

  1. Add water, oil and cake mix in a bowl.
  2.  

  3. Mix slowly for 1-2 minutes using a flat blade.
  4.  

  5. Scrape the sides and centre of the bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  6.  

  7. Mix moderately for 2 minutes.
  8.  

  9. Pour the batter in greased vessel.
  10.  

  11. Bake at 170-180°C for 27-30 minutes
