Baking Temperature: 160oC – 170oC
Baking Time: 35 – 40 minutes
- Add water & cake mix to a bowl and mix slowly for 1 minute using whisk blade.
- Scrape the sides and centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
- Mix further vigorously for 5 minutes.
- Add oil and mix slowly for 1 minute.
- Bake at 160-170°C for 35 to 40 mins
