Preparation

Baking Temperature: 160oC – 170oC

Baking Time: 35 – 40 minutes
 

  1. Add water & cake mix to a bowl and mix slowly for 1 minute using whisk blade.
  2.  

  3. Scrape the sides and centre of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
  4.  

  5. Mix further vigorously for 5 minutes.
  6.  

  7. Add oil and mix slowly for 1 minute.
  8.  

  9. Bake at 160-170°C for 35 to 40 mins
